To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the Website, any changes to the Website, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received or for any of the above-mentioned damages that result from the use or inability to use the Products. In no circumstances shall our liability and that of our suppliers to you and/or any third parties for any of the above exceed €200.

Pricing and Product Information:

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'

Please note that some Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger size than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Delivery Information:

Republic of Ireland

Once an order has been placed you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Please note that a signature will be required at the shipping address in order for the delivery to be completed.

There is a €5.00 charge for shipping costs.

We aim to deliver your order to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact delivery dates and times.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you.

United Kingdom

Once an order has been placed you can expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Please note that a signature will be required at the shipping address in order for the delivery to be completed.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.

We aim to deliver your order to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give exact delivery dates and times.

If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you.

Outside Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom

We currently are unable to deliver goods outside of the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

Returns Policy:

The below is applicable only to orders placed via this website. Items bought in one of our Pulse Accessories stores must be returned to the store.

Under the EC (Protection of Consumers in respect of Contracts made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 (Statutory Instrument 207 of 2001):

• We are obliged to carry out the contract within 30 days of when the order was placed unless we have agreed otherwise with you the consumer

• If we are unable to uphold our end of the contract, we must inform you the consumer who is then entitled to a refund within 30 days.

• Where the goods sought by you the consumer are unavailable, equivalent goods may be provided. This can only be done where you the consumer has consented to this arrangement before the contract is made and you have been informed that if you decide to withdraw from the contract, then no cost of returning the equivalent goods can be deducted by us..

You the consumer are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days, which begins on the day that you receive the product. During the cooling-off period, you the consumer can cancel distance contracts without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods.

You must inform our Website Customer Service department of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we will not refund to you the cost of the product nor the amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage of the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that are faulty, simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you replacement product, a credit note or a full refund.

Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods.

We regret that it is not currently possible to exchange an item on our website

Hair accessories, personal care items, earrings and other pierced products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please note - Your dispatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

To return an item

Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom customers will need to pay for the returns postal charges.

To return items by post, please follow the instructions below:

• Complete the Returns section of the Dispatch Note, received with the goods including reason for return. The completed section of the Dispatch Note must be included with the goods.

• Take the parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot. You should request proof of postage and retain this until your return has been processed.

• Return to the address indicated on your Dispatch Note. Address is also shown below:
